When purchasing multiple products in one order, shipping costs are worked out on a scaled basis.

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service.

Once you place your order, you will be given a period of 30 minutes during which you can modify or cancel it. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Yes, if we cannot obtain authorization for your payment or you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Please allow between  05-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at cs@goezbuy.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

  • Tracking is available once the ‘s status change to on the way.

  • You need to provide pictures (of the product, not the packaging) in case of a damaged product and videos in case of a non-functioning product (for products that are machines and equipment) to be resolved.
  • Within 2 business days, we will provide a solution via email.
  • The deadline to report a damaged product is 30 days from the date of delivery. We refuse to resolve cases after 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Once you place your order, you will be given a period of 30 minutes during which you can modify or cancel it. However, once this time has passed, we will not accept any requests for canceling the order, regardless of the reason.
  • Please note that it is hard to change the color/ size option of your ordered items when the payment has been completed.
  • If you have other inquiries on changing options, please contact our customer service along with your transaction number and desired options.
  • In case your order has multiple products: Different products will be delivered by different suppliers, and the transportation time may vary as well. Please check the tracking information and kindly be patient with the delivery of the remaining packages.
  • If all tracking information shows that the items have been delivered but you still haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We recommend following the steps provided in the non-delivery case to ensure the quickest support possible.

Here are the reasons of why delivery might fail

  • Incorrect address
  • Absence of presence upon delivery or missed call upon deliveryman’s attempts
  • Deliveryman might have delivered the parcel to the security office or within the parcel deposit box (or security office)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you return an item or order cancel request is accepted, we will issue a refund 1 – 3 business days. 

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for Payment gateway to make funds available in your account.
